• Deposit Policy: Guest will be charged a prepayment of the cost of the first night within 1 day before arrival

• The hotel only offers valet parking. Daily valet parking fee is $45 plus tax with in and out privileges. Self-parking is available at the Shops at Rivercenter and other nearby parking garages, pricing will vary. 

• Stress-free & Flexible Cancellation up to 24 hours, fee is waived. Should you cancel within the penalty period or in case of a no-show we will charge one night's room plus tax.

• Sunday 5PM Late Check-out, Fee $35. Available for Sunday departures only. Restricted to certain room types. Not available on holiday weekends. Black-out dates may apply. Taxes not included.

• The hotel does not allow pets.

• Rollaway bed based on availability and room type permitting*

*$20 plus 16.75% occupancy tax and 1.25% San Antonio Tourism PID (Public Improvement District) fee per stay. Limit one per room.

• Room Service (hours vary): 6:30 am to 8:00 pm

• Pool Hours: 9:00 am to 10:00 pm

• Incidental Charges: A minimum hold of $75 per day, placed on your credit/debit card, is required for incidental charges. 

• Please note this is a 100% SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. This includes E-Cigarettes and Vaping. A USD $250.00 fine will be assessed for guests found smoking where prohibited including but not limited to guest rooms, balconies, and public areas. The fine will also be assessed to any room where smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes have been used.
