1. Sponsor: The Sponsor of this Giveaway is The Menger Hotel.

2. Eligibility: The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Noelle and its parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate.

3. Giveaway Period: Entries will be accepted starting immediately upon receipt of the announcement email and ending on May 1, 2026 at 11:59 PM CST.

4. How to Enter: The Giveaway must be entered by joining The Menger Hotel email list as directed in the announcement email. The entry must fulfill all Giveaway requirements to be eligible to win. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Menger Hotel

5. Prize: One Winner will receive:

One (1) night stay at Noelle (room and tax included)

The prize is valid for one year from the date of prize notification. The stay is subject to availability. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including but not limited to travel, incidental charges and any federal, state or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: Five Winners will be selected via random drawing under the supervision of The Menger Hotel on May 1, 2026. The Winner will be notified via email within five (5) days following selection. The Menger Hotel shall have no liability for a Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings.

7. General Terms: The Menger Hotel reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention or other cause beyond The Menger Hotel’s control corrupt the administration, security or fairness of the Giveaway.
